I am immensely grateful to have worked with Isa from Karabed Leadership Group from October through December 2025. Over our eight sessions, I gained a deeper understanding of my leadership style, strengths, and areas for growth. As a new manager, Isa helped me learn to trust my instincts and use my core values to navigate challenging situations. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and fun to work with.
